Hva filosofer tror

Det er gjort en internasjonal undersøkelse om hva filosofer mener om de grunnleggende spørsmål. Det er interessant lesning.

En internasjonal undersøkelse blant en stor mengde filosofer om deres syn i de store spørsmål er publisert i denne artikkelen. Det anbefales å lese hele artikkelen, men noen funn er gjenngitt under. Selv om en må være godt skolert for å skjønne alle problemstillingene, er f.eks pkt 8 interessant for de fleste. Punkt 16 er også interessant i forbindelse med Gules ekstremismedefinisjon og VLs ukesgamle artikkel om Thomas Nagel, som forøvrig var noe rotete.
Forøvrig er noe av poenget med artikkelen at filosofer har ulike oppfatninger og ikke konverterer mot enighet i de store spørsmålene. Det er jo godt nytt for oss som liker å diskutere her.
